Yes she was introduced as ranbir's sister. I believe it was said her name is mishti, but literally after that vikram-pallavi wedding anniversary party, they never showed her again. Vikram also said in one of the earlier post-leap episodes that he had two sons and one daughter, yet the other son has never been mentioned ever after that, just like how sunny is never mentioned post leap apart from pragya having asked disha the first time disha and pragya met post-leap about how sunny is but disha said nothing at all.
