He's every bit within his right to drive fast and reach home . He didn't hit Anurag . He'd no intention to hit him. It has been explicitly stated from the horses's mouth itself that Anurag jumped in front of his car, with full and clear intention to send an innocent man to jail ??

There's no point shifting Anurag's blame to "payar mein pagal ashiq" etc. Even people who throw acid at the face of innocent girls often claim such things and no the law and court of our country do not listen to it.

Prerna is blind and deaf against Anurag's crimes . If the exact opposite scenerio had happened and it was Bajaj who'd jumped in front of Anurag's car , with full intention to frame him , she'd have sent RB to jail in charge of conspiracy. But since it's Anurag , she's dumb enough to overlook his crimes. Also the fact is CVs are hellbent on whitewashing Anurag in the name of "love." As if that should justify and explain away this antic of his too , just like his previous crimes had been swiped under the carpet.

Rash driving is not the same as speedy driving . I hope you know that ?? Lots of people drive in high speed ( within speed limit of course and no where he was shown to be breaking the speed limit ), especially if the road is empty or the traffic is smooth and linear , but with caution and care. Which we've no reason to believe Bajaj was not doing. IF some one jumps in front of the car , only that person is held responsible for the consequences and the person who is driving the car can no way be held culpable under any offence in any law of any country. This is fact. In fact , this will be considered a suicide attempt and guess who'll be punished here ??

Like you said , because of careless drivers and we've absolutely no reason to believe that Bajaj was being careless.

Even in general context , it is every bit applicable. Replace Bajaj and Anurag with any A, B, C, D person in reality and no way Bajaj could've been punished under any law but Anurag most definitely would.

Sorry he never said that ..i will go only by what was shown in the serial. Neither did anurag "jump" in front of his car ,He just did Not move from there to get hit. And bajaj increased the speed in rage ..he could have also told prerna that anurag came in front of his car or he had hit anurag accidently while he was on the road or whatever. I didn't understand why did he keep insisting on this one line..yes he was being honest n I appreciate that..the same thing anurag also confirmed. It's plain and simple. BOTH wanted the accident to happen .

Quoting examples such as acid attack which have no relevance to the serial wont help. That way I can also say that those who blackmail women into sleeping with them , taking advantage of their misery and financial condition or family problems in work areas or otherwise are innocent as they are just giving them a "choice " . Then bajaj is not at fault and not everybody who take illegal and immoral route for their selfish motives. I never judged bajaj that way but anurag is being compared with acid attack offenders ? Bajaj wanted a mother for his daughter and he took advantage of a girls miserable situation which was like do or die for her. Anurag was freed and prerna married bajaj. I just see it as a course of destiny. If prerna accepts bajaj , it's fine , his sins are washed away.

Love doesnt justify everything. That way komo also loved anurag and she also gave anurag a choice. Why is she a vamp and not bajaj ? Why does prerna hate naveen and not anurag ?naveen was also stalking her molesting her like anurag as per many in the forum ? The main difference is being that of "consent ". Naveen had rights on prerna as she was his fiance but if she isn't comfortable with his touch , he can't touch her. If prerna is ok with anurag or bajaj touching her , it's her wish. If she is not objecting it can't be wrong .

And today bajaj admitted that he bribed the officer. I dont believe any of their words now but let's just sit back and enjoy while they fight . Both will not back off and both are willing to play dirty.

Firstly - my comment is invalid if you said it only in the show context. Apologies for the same but I have to disagree if you say, this is applicable in general context but I presume, you thought I was talking about Anurag - Bajaj situation in general. I was only talking about speedy driving and running over somebody. Note that I am not including - suicidal people here (who are not exactly suicidal but attempt the same to fasaoing other people 😆)but rather those who get killed with absolutely no fault of theirs. My comment anyway is not relevant if your comment was totally in regards with the show incident.
