In workplace I have seen this non TN people support each other a lot but Tamilian will never support other Tamilian to come up in life . This I have experienced in real life too . Somewhere we lack ina ottrumai . Other states people support their people and stick together.
maybe because they are few ppl and support each other.. if we go and work in other language speaking state or country, we may get to see Tamil ppl supporting each other.. oor paasam and mozhi pattru will definitely be there.. just a thought..
