I too faced this, complained about that to HR, on-site Manager. My onsite manager , a US guy with whom I had to coordinate a lot as a Project Manager, fought for me , showed proofs and retained me in the team and made me the program manager. Pooja and sathya prakash was on last two places. I comepletely fed up with voting from that season... (but happy that both shined really well after that season, both sung for AR rahman)
