Hmm. Well,in my understanding Prerna didn't accuse him because Anurag was there. Anurag's been trying to get Prerna to react against Bajaj but Prerna knows if she does the house of cards will crash. Thats why she did what she did at the Police station too. She's been trying to show Anurag they are fine even if he's in jail. My biggest takeaway from the goons wala episode was that immediately when in the room,she warns him not to hurt Anurag and doesn't even listen to Bajaj. She even walks away which leads to one of my random favourite Bajaj lines 'Dont walk away from me' 😆 After this in stress he has a cigar lol. This is just after the Veena case. From savior he becomes a potential murderer in her eyes. That was my interpretation of the scene.
