Did all of you observe that when akshat prayed he said " Aapne jaise pehle ek baar guddan ko lautaya " That clearly means that one instance when he got her back in hospital after saying I love you .

And so again that means his shooting her and her falling from cliff was his move . He knew she was alive .Confirmed .

i feel he never shot her he is too kind he cant kill even the enemies guddan is his life .

he had his back up the way he was observing near the cliff trust me he had his plan in place to save guddan

her return was not a surprise at all as if he knew she will
