I am really glad she heard that bit too. Her facial expression changed then, as though a bulb had lit up in her mind when she realized what the problem was.

How can she even handle this? Iron control.

On top of that she's upset because he yelled at her and is sulking. 😆

Hey guys I’m new to the forum and just wanted to share my own two cents! I think that the writers seem very comfortable with making Minnie bear the emotional load of Hanita’s relationship and it’s kind of uncomfortable to watch. I know that Minnie has always guided Babita and shared her advices but it seems that as of late it’s only going one way. Where Minnie should be able to seek out her mother’s advices and wisdom, it never ever comes to that because Babita has never established that in the relationship and it’s taking worse turn now with the Hanita marriage. Minnie continues to be the emotional support pillar for her mother but who can she go to about her own worried thoughts and aching heart? I wish they’d effectively give closure to her and Hanumans tiff because he has always been the person she’s sought advice from and I miss that. He has emotionally supported her so well in the past but they’re now making him as another box full of complaints that goes to Minnie. I get that Minnie arranged their wedding but she’s not responsible for their marriage. While I’m enjoying the conflict, I’m not enjoying the way it’s shaping Minnie as a young teenager with none of her own identity. And perhaps that’s the real conflict - that in taking care of her parents marriage she loses another piece of herself.

>> otherwise it might hv got tough for mini again . & getting pissed at babita , well she has totally taken this decision & was tagging him without notice , in a way bending him .

By the way, I was watching episode 159 when HS said he wanted Babita with all the baggage of her past, just as she was. Easier said than done. I wonder if he still feels that way. 😆

>> answer is in ur statement itself...😉

Maybe that what he meant when he said that he wanted to spend a few days with her to get to know her better. Maybe if she is away from Mini and the Khuranas can he get to know Babita the Lady that he is fascinated with before they take it to the next level. he knows here she will hide and not open up properly with him.

Maybe they need to understand one another properly and if the worst happens than they will handle it together instead of it all being one sided.

I think that they should sorted out the problems first instead if sweeping it under the carpet and bringing in more problems with NB son now.

When are they going to sort our Khatri and com.

Mini is right in saying that she needs to talk to HS properly instead of creating more problems and like HS rightly said its all her dramas and don't bring in Mini and him into it.

I think that HS loves Bsbita more than Imarti and he is so emotional at the thought that she will leave him if he says something that now he wonders why she married him is driving him crazy.

And he keeps on hearing all the time that Mini is 1st in her life and he must wonder if she will ever love him.

He is right that she has to give Mini and herself a break from each other as its not healthy and stiffly.

Yes, anyone in his place would also wonder why Babita married him. The fact that she keeps saying Minnie is her first priority makes it sound like she's trying to convince herself more than anyone.

HS also told her that things had changed and she needed to learn to accept it and adapt. If she wasn't used to doing things without Minnie she would have to learn. I think this was the root of his anger with her, that Babita was hiding behind Minnie again and not giving him and especially her own self a chance to explore this new relationship.

He was right that this time would never return in their lives, Minnie wasn't going anywhere and she was a teenager.

Exactly. One day Minnie too will have to understand that she can't solve her parents' problems, that they need to be left to sort them out themselves. She cannot and should not shoulder such a burden and needs to be able to breathe.

All this is suffocating her and I am sure she doesn't want to live in a house where people are fighting all the time.

Hi! And welcome to the forum! 🤗

HS is more than willing to take away Babes' responsibility from Minnie but it's Babes who's being a tad bit obsessive about her daughter. 🤔 If she keeps running away from HS, then there's not much that he can do except get mad at her like he did today. At the end of the day, Babes herself has to be willing to share her worries and complaints with HS rather than take them to Minnie.

It sucks that Minnie can't take her worries to Babita, but Babes has shown that she doesn't have the maturity to handle the situations aptly. It's HS who can guide her, and help her out. Even though they're having their own issue, HS knows that Minnie needs to create an identity outside of Babes. It was evident today when he pointed out that she still has a whole life ahead of her that she needs to live. But Minnie can't do that if Babita keeps suffocating her.

Exactly. She’s lived through that already and the whole point of choosing HS was because he was different and a good man. And conflict arises in every relationship but we need to understand our own boundaries. She’s trying so hard to ensure everyone is happy that she’s losing sight of the fact that she won’t be there forever.

Babita is continuing to hide behind Minnie as an excuse and it makes Minnie even more embarrassed and feel worthless. It’s such a toxic cycle to a relationship that hasn’t always been this down in the dirt in a while. Minnie needs to look her mother in the eyes and say that she’s not her keeper. She’s given Babita her wings, but it’s up to Babita to figure out how to fly.

This is a 17 year old child. She’s not super woman. She has college and desires of her own and a life outside of this home but she can’t focus on any of that because once again Minnie has to protect Babita from herself.

Also, it's not like they were gonna go away for years. It was literally just three days. 🤔😳
