Karishma pulls of Western clothes like no other. I can't think of any actress during the 90s who had the right spunk, body language and confidence to pull off western attire be it skirts, crop tops, baggy trousers or gym wear. She doesn't get enough credit for changing the face of fashion in Bollywood during her time.

thank you for your valued opinion dear Bollyglitz :0)

imo, Karishma was really gawky and odd with no sense of fashion from 1991 till 1997 before DTPH

I liked her transformation but she was not the pioneer of western dresses.

In all fairness, it was POOJA BHATT and RAVEENA TANDON who changed the face of Bollywood from eastern hindi heroines like Jaya pradha etc to cool urben chicks...

plz dont get me wrong...I like all 3 of them pooja karishma n raveena, but pooja n raveena introduced western flare with a spunk and right attitude from the start of 90's i,e. 1991

RAVEENA's long skirt and look in song AAJA AAJA from her debut patthar ke phool was a DELIGHT to watch (alrhough it was a sad song)...also in song TUMSE JO DEKHTE HEE PYAR she looked so MODERN that u can even pass her for a 2019 chick , though it was some 28 years ago in year 1991
