Maasi is practical, no BS, and actually has Rishabhs back. She stands for him at all times.

From a show/ story Her ‘grey-ness’ if you will is believable, in that it has a motive, when she said she wants the two people she loves the most to be together. Unlike Mohini, who doesn’t have any motive to be a vindictive human. Sharda Maasi isn’t classist and doesn’t enjoy putting people down for no reason other than the fact they exist.

Also, when it comes to Bajaj, she asked Prerna to do her duty as a wife and pushed her in the right direction.

Tbh, I get why writers made her grey, but I hope in the future they do away with the Tanvi angle and keep other aspects of her interesting characterization.
