KH didnt mean it. He said that in sarcastic tone, may be to indicate how sometimes some simple words may offend others. Just like how Kavin and Losliya used for Sandy. Just my understanding.

Los didnt have that situation - she could literally pick.

On other hand, no comparison coz los is way more mature if you take julie as a baseline. her blaming sandy/cheran etc is a immature act. but julie vera level of immaturity.
