It was supposed to be a big wedding but her mom passed away in a car accident & she was a big mess so they cancelled all events.

But yes she didn’t really announce her wedding to media. Not even when she had kids. She never announced anything. You read her interviews and she talked about her marriage/kids/in laws but no big announcement of any sort. Based on her recent interviews, she wasn’t super pleased with her marriage or had a easy time with her kid. She had difficulty accepting her career was dying and that she had to let it go for her family. Apparently, some in-laws of hers wanted her to quit but her mom in law was kind enough to let her continue to work if she wanted to. This still infuriates me!!!

I think if you are going to compare, one should compare properly. I think Juhi is a great actress. She has range. Comedy, drama, characters with complexity (i am(, negative roles (gulab gang)...In my opinion. She is better than Aamir and SRK but on par with Ranbir and Ranveer. Even yester year actresses are pale. Again in my opinion. Alia is good but yet to show range. Vidya is good too. She & Juhi same level in my books.

Juhi was an amazing versatile performer. Its a shame that Bollywood limit her mostly in bubbly/chirpy roles.

I soooo hope she gets picked by Netflix but I don’t know if she wants to do a Netflix show! That way she can do more interesting characters. Saif got a Emmy nomination thanks to Sacred Games!

I guess Juhi already proven herself as a commercial actress in 90's and then as been a performer in her later phase in 3 deewarain, my brother Nikhil, chalk & duster, the hundred foot journey, I am , Bus aik pal and in gulaab gang.

^She has proven herself. Yes. But she hasn’t reached her full potential. I think she can do more interesting things. I have my fingers crossed that once both her kids are off to college & beyond living their life, she will venture out to do something more interesting and complex. Look at Amitabh...the man is still doing interesting roles! I want same for Juhi! Hope she wants tooo!!! Lol!!

Aww.. This was such a heartwarming funny movie for kids while growing up .. Used to be my favorite along with Raju cha-cha.. 🤗❤️.. 😜

Amitabh is the exception, none of the other actors from his gen is still going as strong. And sadly we know that for actresses it's especially difficult
