Yesterday when HS was hurt we wrote pages after pages. Today he was in a lighter mood and we only got to page 5. 🤣

So finally they confirmed that HS' father is dead.

I loved what NB was saying about HS and his father, and it makes me believe that Minnie can never hate Ashok fully. This will haunt HS and her both. NB was trying to explain that it's not black and white.

If he couldn't do anything to punish his father then why does he expect Minnie to punish her grandparents. I think just the fact that she got her mother to leave reinforces the fact that he was right to admire her bravery in doing something he could not, but expecting her to break off all relations is not necessarily going to happen.

Also, he's still being over-protective about Babita and in his bid to keep his promise about not hurting her, he's encouraging Minnie to listen to her and not stress her out. I think he wanted to say something else to Minnie but sided with Babita instead of speaking his mind.

Also, Mickey is in his pind. So the boy does visit his family. (Mohit is visiting home too, I suppose, so convenient excuse).

There go our hopes of Mickey speaking to HS about Minnie's state of mind. Btw, aren't his exams coming up too? First he wasted time during Hanita wedding now he's gone home... How will he study? Not that CVs would be concerning themselves much with that aspect. 😔

This is the start of their journey of living independent lives with independent equations with people. Babita may or may not want to have anything to do with the Khuranas but Minnie can choose if she wants them in her life or not.

I loved HS' little outburst that he couldn't respect them after he found out what they had done to Babita and loved NB's response even more.
