Today when Dr juhi said that call Dr shashank the way sid mother reacted listening Dr shashank name as if reall don't know Dr shashank working in hospital . If she is padma then she should have little bit shock to hear Dr shashank name so by her shock reaction listening Dr shashank name as if she had no idea that Dr shashank working in sanjavni hospital then she cannot be padma

And regarding Dr shashank crying for sid. Sometimes deep emotional bonding can develop between non blood relation ship. Dr sid always emotional support Dr shashank so by this Dr shashank develop emotional bonding with Dr sid. It is not necessary that emotional bonding develop only in blood relation ship

Today rishabh father too have emotional bonding with Dr sid as sid also emotionally support Dr rishabh father but does not mean Dr rishabh father become biological father of Dr sid
