No idea there is no mention about it in dmg and I donot recall about it in season 1.

Karan the illegitimate son was not live with shashank in season 1 if sid shown as karan only than the age difference between anjali and sid is less than 6 years . And smriti is remarried to shashank before her 3rd pregnancy so that child is not illegitimate.

I have a feeling this is Neha child. Sid and Anjali looks like having 6 years gap in S3. May be Padma came to know about this and adopted him, like he adopted her daughters. CID start karta ha 😉

I think sanjivani 2 has only connection to sanjivani 1 and not DMG. Dr Anjali here is the grown up version of Anjali from season 1, and not the extension from DMG Anjali. They have only mentioned some of season 1 characters but nothing about DMG so far. So at the end is season 1, Dr Shashank was a widower. Aarti is playing some character from season 1 and here and not sister Padma from DMG (they’ll create a new character for season 1 and edit the flashbacks of sister Padma as if she’s that character from season 1😂) 🤔

In today’s episode Dr. Sid’s mom was hiding from Dr. Shawshank in the entire episode. That means Dr. Sid’s biological father is none other than Dr. Shashank.

Can't believe that CVs / PH are hell bent on destroying Shashank's character.. He had so many kids in every season 😆 and Shashank Juhi relationship being destroyed in this season.. 😭

In Sanjivani 1, he had Karan and Anjali thro' Smriti, had another kid Karan thro' Neha,

In DMG, he Adopted Riddhima who was Padma's daughter

And now, In Sanjivani S2.. it's Sid.

It is not still not officially confirmed that sid is son of Dr shashank
