I think it's something else. May be he knows sids mom and dad. And sids dad shayed kuch galad kya hoga that's why sids mom hiding herself from shshank,so that sids identity can't reveal. It's just my pov.

Even i was thinking the same.. Ya toh Shashank sid ki mummy ka koi long lost brother hai.. Ya vo uske parents ko janta tha..

Even I didn't have. I have heard Sanjivani (parvat) have many useful mysterious jadi-bootiyaan but in this Sanjivani so many mysterious chakkar(affairs) that people will get chakkar after watching it😆

I hope the twist is not twisted, but, with certain reason.. a certain reprehensible act from Sid's father that had negative consequences, infiltrating either Sanjivani or Dr Shashank 🤔& Sid's mother is aware about the damage, her insistence that Sid should continue to work at Sanjivani as a restitution because of guilty conscience .
