This explains how Amitabh Bachchan's friend saved 300 seconds and himself from sure death by taking a Metro from Ghatkopar to Andheri(West) to get admitted into Kokilaben Hospital. This stunt is for experts, please don't try this on your self.

"The story appears to be something like this.

So a friend of this great man had a medical emergency, say in Ghatkopar (as Mumbai metro runs between Ghatkopar and Versova). There are half a dozen hospitals in the vicinity but somehow he decided to get admitted in Kokilaben Ambani hospital at Four Bungalow which was at the other end of the city but his Friend AB stays nearby.

He first checked Google maps and found that it is taking an unreasonable time of say 1.5 hrs to reach the hospital by car. The ambulance needs 40% lesser time but since he was in a medical emergency, couldn't think of it.

He called a cab or rick whatever was available. Then walked down from his home to the cab and went to Ghatkopar station. There he walked around 300 meters for escalators. Again walked connecting bridge to metro station, another 200 mtrs. There were 10 people standing in the queue for a ticket. He requested preference on medical ground and got one. Then through a security check, he walked another 200 meters to escalators and then to the compartment. It was a rush time (remember traffic jam?) so didn't get a seat to rest. On the medical ground, he requested a place to sit and finally got it after two stations.

After 20 minutes of travel, he reached Four Bungalow station, got down and walked for an escalator. Again walked for 100 meters to got down the stairs to find a rickshaw. Mumbai ricks have their own ego so they refused for the said destination. After trying half a dozen ricks, somehow he got one who gave him a ride through patented Mumbai potholes for ten minutes and finally dropped at Kokilaben hospital.

The friend collapsed at the doors of the hospital due to all that exertion but was very happy because he saved a whole 300 seconds!

I want to save the environment but I am all in for development and new projects. Can't both be achieved side by side? Climate change is real and temperature of this planet is increasing with each passing year. Also, when we talk about how we are still a developing country for past so many decades, we do demand for development and infrastructure of international level, of those of developed countries. Government needs to make a committee and discuss how our projects are going to hamper our environment and develop measures to compensate the deforestation. For each fallen tree, they must plant another tree somewhere in the near vicinity.

Ps I personally don't take these protestors seriously because most of them participate for media attention. More than often, people participating in such protests don't even know what they are protesting for.
