In between they unfollowed each other on Instagram

For buzz and drama

That news also their management sold for the media and it was everywhere

It was all part of publicity

Everything was fake

It's all for the buzz

They did lot of photoshoots with each other and all its for the sake of publicity and to become influencers on Instagram..

They definitely selling their juicy news and gaining followers on insta and benefitting from it..

rumors/gossips/news about actors/celebs and what they do in their personal space, beyond the show is not a subject for discussion here.
