TBH I always adored KZK team's bonding more than anything and today not seeing Eri on that group just breaks my heart.

What in the world is happening in the episode. After a long time I watched the entire episode instead of reading.

So Bajaj says it was an accident, he didn’t hit Anurag intentionally. And the police thinks that since he is going to the jail on his own volition that makes it okay, his intention wasn’t to kill Anurag. It was just an accident. So question to police, if I hit someone on the road accidentally, it should be fine because I didn’t actually mean to hit that person, it was just an accident. And what’s with not arresting the person as soon as possible, just because his name holds power?
