i meant can zubi not file for divorce herself? if ahmer refuses to give. They must be some way she can get the divorce.

i always thought islam gives the rights to the women to get hula, if she doesnt like her husband. wasnt the climax of kcr similar. zain wanted to go back to rabail, but she said the line about islam giving her the right to get hula from him. they has been some way out for the lady, otherwise so many women will be suffering in bad marriages.

Husband khud talaaq deta hai to usko apni wife ko HAQMEHER dena dena padta hai jo nikaah k time likhwaya ho ,but agar wife khula leti hai than HAQMEHER nahi dena hota .b/c wife khud le rahi hai talaaq .
