I hope he is able to get a good resolution soon. Tragedies tend to leave a print on your life for ever, smart people grow and learn.
I am supporting him, because while he may have contributed some to her depression, there is no proof that he killed her, she herself made her choices, from relationships, actions and eventually suicide. He is not responsible. I understand her family must feel very bad, but under all the blame they want to pile upon him there must also be the guilt they feel, if she was so vulnerable that she would listen to the negative from an outsider then she could have been helped with positive from her family, it is just easier to blame someone for a tragedy than to accept responsibility for your part in it.
The legal system in India needs a boost, these cases that last years and years leaving people and issues in limbo are worse than serving a sentence and getting done with it. This way it is a slow torture for everyone, the only ones that benefit are the media morbid and the paid slugs in the legal "field".
I hope he is able to pick up his life and move forward and learn to be responsible with his actions and positive with himself and how he lives.
