In this track what Prerna herself don't know is she isn't loyal to Mr Bajaj nor she cares for this marriage. She is giving two hoots to this marriage and society. She is all talks about loyalty but her actions are no where showing any loyalty to anything. Any married woman who is loyal to husband or marriage won't be running calling out some other guy's name in front of everyone. Won't cry holding him like she is doing, won't go ahead and fight with guy's family to let her be with him nor tell her husband that other guy is important to her. Prerna is just venting out her emotional trauma in front of Mr Bajaj because except him none knows the actual truth and can't understand her position without knowing the entire truth.

I agree she can only be open infront of him because he is the only one who knows what their equation is, what Anurag is to her in true sense and what all she did for him.
