They are only counting Superstars since Khan generation. BOI has mentioned in its article that in top 10 of all time only Salman can be added(had doubts on that too), and its confirmed that SRK and Aamir will not be added.

They haven't updated their site yet, because even for me, SRK was above Salman all time before Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan.

Will vote for Rajesh Khanna.. he was the highest paid actor of his era.. His almost all movies of those era used to reach not only golden jubilee but platinum jubilee.. i really doubt any other actor has given hit movies in a row like him till today..
