I was in Wealth Management and then moved to Commercial.

In head office there are diff Dept but in br level we work for SME,corporate. , Retail all as BBD officer. We collect info,make proposal,take legal opinion and valuation then submit to HO respective dept for approval.

Yeah, I agree with you Ayesha ji. They should have been much bolder and expand like years ago. If anybody is to be faulted for the ailing situation of Sanjivani; then that guy is Dr. Shashank. If he couldn't then he shouldn't have run the company in the management and financial sides. I'm all for multitasking believe me; sometimes, you have to delegate though.

Also, I don't like Vardhan and his greed however, no matter what the situation or how bad the division is in the management level is; he does give United front when dealing with third parties and outsiders. One thing that Dr. Shashank needs to learn from Vardhan for sure.

So, you're both lending and funding? Is the target revenue based or proposals based?

Yes, and I am sure somewhere Vardhan also respects Dr. Shashank. Opponents can be opponents and hate each other's guts while respecting and appreciating the other's stance.
