LOL you're misunderstanding me.....I'm in no hurry for them to do it to check off some box post shaadi.....I'm talking about generally handling the development of intimacy with grace.

The way they've gone nuts with shaadi preps, I'm not sure if they will manage to find grace and nuance after shaadi again.

HS-Babita ki relationship needs to be developed with sensitivity....in every form.

Implied ho ya jo bhi....that's not the point to me.....I want the emotional core of their relationship to continue in development.....yeh nahin ki husband-wife ka label mil gaya toh automatically normal husband-wife ho gaye.

Today's tea scene was a good one....but her point about leaving old baggage behind felt ironic to me......are we supposed to count that as her amrit manthan being complete? lol phir woh emotional closure kyun nahin mila? 😕

This is what I mean by some dialogues feeling token.....they needed a better emotional wrapping up.

The two main things that stuck out to me today were:

1) HS and Mini are both bracing themselves for a changing dynamic post the wedding with Babita...they've already starting thinking towards it, wondering about it....in Mini's case, being kinda morbid about it too.

2) Babita is not even remotely thinking about this😆....or she's blocked it out of her mind. She seems startled each time HS or Mini mention that things will change post the wedding.....and then firmly states that nothing will change.

Jo insaan change anticipate hi nahin kar raha, woh change handle kaise karega? 🤔.....

HS-Babita ka morning tea scene was sweet.....his ever favorite adrak koot ke chai...😆...and him being all nostalgic for dosti wala rishta😆.......although I've been noticing since yesterday that the orange and pink fabric they've put all over the house is making light reflect weirdly onto HS ka face....his face looks kinda orange with all the makeup reflecting the light of the orange fabric😆

I also liked the mother-daughter scene.....thoda toh regular mode mein aaye with Babita pampering her, putting oil in her hair.

Ofcourse Mini is still haunted by the words uttered yesterday......and she's already starting to remind me of what she was like on the brink of her depression phase....but for now, I guess I'm thankful she hasn't gone into the level of awkwardness I was dreading based on yesterday.

Rest of the episode was dedicated to Kammo rehabilitation.....lol....as expected, sab kuch "padosiyon ki nok jhonk" mein rafa dafaa kar diya.....and I didn't know that Kammo doesn't know Khatri molested Babita.....although I doubt that will make any difference to her if she finds out also....pati chahiye bas....aur medals bhi chahiyein for going against him 1-2 times.....lol....bada ehsaan kar diya Babita pe.

Mini also mazey mein danced with Kammo at haldi😕😆.....sabka HSSH ho gaya conveniently.....Babita also looked emotionally touched over Kammo showing up at the haldi🤔😆

People were feeling bad ki Kammo didn't think of her brother HS, but her whole focus was only on resenting Babita.....lol and this so called brother-sister relationship is obviously token as well.....rakhi tie karne se sabko uski value nahin samajh aa jaati.

On this front, the writing hasn't lived up to the mark. I understand why they want to use Khatri as a character to create conflict.....but whitewashing of Kammo's words doesn't cut it for me.....especially for a show that otherwise touts characters that don't take bullshit for the sake of so called "duniyadaari".

Anyways, I guess I'm gonna start forwarding her scenes now too.

The whole haldi dance and water issue was kinda boring.....only thing I liked was Mini trying the reverse countdown thing to calm down her anger.....more HS-isms she's imbibing😆

The writers made me regret my own words from earlier in the week.....LOL maine hi bola tha that I liked how they were showing the shaadi track but they've managed to reach the end of my patience too.....I'm beyond bored of haldi, jaago jo bhi.....it's like bas khatam karne ke liye khatam ho rahe hain ab.....emotional feel has substantially dropped since yesterday.

I hope they can find their mojo after they finish getting through shaadi ki endless rasmein cuz they seem to have run out of steam on that front😆

Heyy... So let me start by saying, even if I don't comment much I do read your posts... I like them. They're very balanced! And mostly I agree with them...

Khair, referring to bold 1... I was just wondering if anticipating about the future only means the change can be handled? I mean okay, maybe to an extent I see your point (not really) but then there were so many recent changes in Babita's life that she didn't even think would ever happen. She adjusted. Sometimes, when so many changes happen in a small span of time, you just stop anticipating. Her relationships with so many people changed overnight... She handled it... good or bad! She made mistakes, she tried fixing them too...

I don't think she's not anticipating changes, I feel she's so immune to them (if that makes sense). Somewhere she knows the changing dynamics will be for the better. Also, she trusts Hanuman's love for Minnie and her own love for her daughter!

As for Kammo, why do you feel the chapter has ended? I personally don't think so. I think there is just so much going on (which usually happens at the wedding) that some things become less important! I think this will at some point be addressed again! I feel Khatri's molestation will also eventually be brought to light... Kammo will somehow find out...

These are my opinions. Of course, I could be wrong!

Babita explaining to Mini that even though they won’t be sleeping in the same bed, that doesn’t mean that Babita will be dur from Mini, and that she will always be there when Mini needs her, and that Mini can always come to Babita with any problems. That would have been such a beautiful scene. But nahi writers ko ye pani ka faltu ka syappa, and khatri ke scenes dikhani thi

This would have been actually very nice! Purane PB ki yaad aa jaati.

@bold: True. Maybe that’s how I feel about the story now too. I’ve stopped anticipating. Lol

Kammo ka jo karna hai, nahin karna hai, karte rahein. I’ve run out of steam on that front to really care 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for the appreciation of the posts.

No that was me crying for getting cornered and feeling scolded .. LOL ..

I wouldn't call it rant .. you have certain expectations and they didn't get fulfilled .. on my end I was satisfied to a certain extent because I was looking through my eyes and theirs .. I was also playing devil's advocate that's why my hopes weren't that high..

Moreover since the episodes shifted back to 20 mins .. I have been feeling as if something is missing too .. but I m getting used to it now .. it's only so much they can show within the time frame

I was just mentioning the same thing on Gurs post .. that we have become greedy and uncompromising .. we want everything .. I believe we should cut them some slack . That's all

LOL even I didn't meant that .. it was a mere side note reference .. regarding showing those emotions .. I want to give them a benefit of doubt .. if they screw this one up then success has gone to their heads ..

Their relationship is getting built up .. somewhere her insecurities have been taken care of .. and now she is able to put a faith in him more and more .. ad this has continued prior to marriage and all .. yes babitas emotional maturity needs to be handled to tackle hs back story . But I feel that will be handled after Minnie stuff .. because both mother-daughter are reqd for him to come out of it ..

Oops I went off track .. so back to that .. I will wait to see how they develop .. right now they r embroiled in wedding stuff and parallel mein handling emotional stuff .. so let's wait & watch ..

Now I'm dreading gimmicks in the post shaadi phase also.....😕....and by gimmicks, I don't mean sad scenes....that's not the issue.....but I don't want to see typical ITV type disjointed drama.

And can they show some grace in handling whatever intimacy issues arise? Please faluda na banaayein like they are doing with current disjointed scenes.

Chill Kar Meri maa .. u r getting anxious .. let's pray and hope they do show level headedness further ..

I personally don't think I've become uncompromising......in fact, I still laud this show for being above the general levels of trash on ITV.

I just started expecting them to live up to their own promise.....which I guess was again my fault....promise can only be lived up to a certain point....beyond that, faltering is inevitable.

I don't want everything....I just wanted them to live up to the story they established....but I'm gonna temper my expectations a lot more now going forward for what they can live up to.

Is the 20 minutes thing the issue? But it's been 20 minutes since around end of Aug and all those epis were still very good, so I don't know if that's the issue.

I'm getting the sense they've opened up too many chapters simultaneously to manage to handle at the same time.....one of the issues needed to get to a more stable place before jumping into another. I'm still not sure if Babita's emotional 'zeher' waale issues got all sorted as was being suggested with the amrit manthan analogy....she's suddenly switched to being totally calm about the shaadi despite such a big blow-up at the jaago.

HS's past issue got opened up again on Monday, then totally disappeared again.....meanwhile Mini's issue flared up on Wed and is expected to form the main backdrop in the coming days but I'm not sure where that fits in simultaneously with Babita's issues and HS ke past issues AND simultaneously being husband-wife wala angle.

Anyways, that's just my sense....I may be wrong.

The promo also indicates a totally calm Babita fully ready to take the reins....lol yeh stage kab reach ho gayi? I guess I must have missed it between all the naach gaana😆

Isse pehle I never felt the relationships were muddled....all the duos had a clear cut one on one level of interaction development.....but upcoming gives me a sense of a muddle.

Again, I might be wrong....but that's how it's looking to me right now.
