With what right did Mr.Bajaj give a lecture to Basus?[ DT note : Pg8] - Page 5

He can do anything because he is favorite character of Ekta and people here who r die hard fan of ksg will always appreciate him no matter how low the character does act... Him doing anything mean is acceptable to audience... That's why this show is so illogical... The great actors like KSG certainly deserve better roles

I hadn't thought that I would be disappointed with RB this soon. 😆

Let me begin with what I find was acceptable and what not.

I totally get when he stood up for his wife who was pushed roughly, and his say regarding this woman has a heart of gold and all that stuff. I get it because

a) She is his wife towards whom he has already softened.

b) He is aware of the extent of her love for Anurag and Basus for she married him for of them.

c) The man doesn't disrespect her and doesn't talk to her in an ill-manner so he wouldn't stay quite if anybody else does it.

But what's with I didn't do the accident deliberately and mujhe ankhein churane ki zaroorat nahi, Maine accident kiya hai, you misbehave with me and I know how to deal with you when you do that bit? Deliberately or no deliberately - you DID hit him. HE COULD DIE. How does it even matter if you did it deliberately or not if he dies? What difference would it make to his family after his death? That was TERRIBLE. The attitude was TERRIBLE.

I completely get the self respect bit as well and the do not touch my wife again bit also. That's also his guilt that he is responsible for Anurag's condition but it is Prerna who is bearing the consequences. So I get that he is trying to protect her because he is the culprit and she is not but his rest of the lines put me off.

^ What If Basus are the reason for his life being ruined? The way he has become is because of what they did to his family which has been STRONGLY suggested. In that case, apart from an apology and feeling guilt why should he show more remorse? I may be assuming but if Basus did do something horrible to Bajaj’s family without any remorse why should Bajaj be dying out of guilt? Why show him overly worried when it would be out of character.

I agree with most of what you are saying.

But the with regards to him defending Pre, its the LEAST he should do considering Pre is in this position with Basu's because of what Bajaj made her do and not saying the truth to them......So Bajaj knows Pre does not deserve what they are saying about her...BUT NO ONE ELSE DOES.....And if he ain't going to tell the truth and liberate her from her silence regarding something HE DID.....then its the least to defend her for something undeserved.

IF he truly respects her at this stage, he would own up to the deal marriage in front of them.....Pre can declare if she has forgiven him for his actions and wants to go ahead with their marriage. But Bajaj not saything the truth at this stage still shows he is looking out for his own hide at the end of the day and not Pre necessarily.
