What is the deal with this Ahir character? He doesn't seem to be connected in all this past/July 26th mystery plot. So why is he here? Comic relief? THR is not going to bring in a new entry only for that.

THANK YOU! I was feeling like that too! But everyone thought that angle was super weird! I ALWAYS somehow felt that he is another Atharva that is pretending to be super nice.

I feel like his character will end up being one of those always jealous of my step-brother types. Like he always felt like Bapji liked Malhar more and now he wants revenge.

And his revenge will be taking Kalyani from Malhar - something like that. That's just my feeling. Don't know what else he can contribute to the plot if he's not involved in the mystery.
