Yes Sadia does think Umair still loves Zubi as this is what Zubi has been feeding Sadia's mind ..Umair made it worse by saying to Sadia ' ke mujhe bhi ni pata Zubi mere dil hai ke nahi tu tume kaise pata hai'

I dont think Aliya will tell Sadia about her illness in order to bring her back home ...that would be emotional blackmail and Aliya is not the type to do that

I won't call it emotional blackmail as long as it's done to make things better for sadia

Sadia Umair should have a show down when sadia should tell umair clearly that if he questions her loyalty then why is he still with zubi. ( I mean from sadia pov)

Maybe zubi will tell sadia to leave umair. She will lie that she and umair want to be together. More misunderstandings
