Kammo's comments about Minnie being a constant, ugly reminder about Ashok, and then HS' love for her being a tool just to get to Babita - they're all very nasty. To some level Minnie may dismiss them as being "kuch bhi" but on a much deeper level, they must have settled somewhere in her mind. She can't eradicate Ashok's DNA from her body and she hasn't fully accepted HS as her father since she's constantly referring to him as her uncle. She may have gotten used to referring to her as uncle from all these months but they have advanced their relationship beyond that. In administrative purposes, in divine settings and now legally too, HS will become her father. And yet, she hasn't even considered changing her term of endearment for him.

They have settled and they will resurface when subconsciously HS-Babes will do something and she will be left out or she will pretend to not be apart of it ..

Somewhere both of htem have accepted each other as father-daughter but they have not felt the need to say it out loud .. like subconsciously she didn't realize that babes will no longer sleep with her .. similarly she hasn't realized it yet that she needs to address him father ..

I am sensing it will happen .. something will trigger and that will happen too ..

I think what hurt Mini the most was the fact that she could be a hindrance to Babita's happiness and future happy married life. I want atleast one track here, where Mini let goes of all worries related to Babita and kind of realizes that her Babes can manage very well on her own - that Babita is capable and deserving of it; being happy about the emotional independence and strength of her mother. I want her to have that faith in her mother that yes, she's my Mom and she can handle the worst situations in her life as well as mine. I'm dying to see that transformation now.

Yes that will happen too .. but in little things .. for big things she has always been teh leader .. it is there that not being able to be a part of it will pinch her and make her feel left out .. although they will not be doing this subconsciously ..

Yes, it was also very natural of her to do that because of the BG she comes from .. despite knowing that her husband is wrong & admitting to it .. she couldn't tolerate the insult hurled towards him .. because at the end of the day he is her husband .. like it or not .. and her mindset represents 90% of the societal mindset..

I am really hoping this doesn't go the Amar Prem way either. Also, I think HS has picked up a faint scent of this, based on the look on his face upstairs. He may not know what exactly is going on but I think he felt something was off, unless I read him completely wrong. He also noticed her concern when they talked about the mann ke gaanth. I have a feeling his words about putting Minnie first will mean he may not be doing much of the typical newlywed things as he focuses on her mental health. I have a feeling a breakdown is imminent for Minnie, and seeing her in that state we will be very painful to HS. I think back to his words about no women crying in the haveli anymore and very soon that is exactly what might happen. Babita will be upset about Minnie's state and seeing then both like this will be quite hard for him.

Initially I didn't think any woman will cry in this haveli now .. but I am retracting now .. I see what you are saying and I am dreading that it will happen and it will be painful for him again to bear that

This time, though, he will have the security of being officially a father and a husband in their family which will in a strange way empower him to make decisions on their behalf and forth him too.

One thing is for sure. If Hanita spend less time without other after the wedding to focus on Minnie, it will only put more pressure on her and perhaps make her feel guilty about being a third wheel.

I can see that happening ..

What I did like was that finally there was verbal clarification by both Babita and HS to each other and especially to Minnie that she would always some first. There was even the non-verbal "hope you understand that you'll be second, ji" to each other as they exchanged looks.

It has become evident that babes now trusts him enough to be second in line after Minnie .. somewhere as a mother she couldn't be happier/content that she has found a life partner who loves her child if not more .. equally .. and hence it was easier to say that to each other

Ansolutely .. just few mins back how it was pointed that she has Ashok's blood but then with that 'dhain' she proved even though she may have Ashok's blood but she carries HS essence in her
