This is tricky now. Count on for what? Has she just assumed that Babita will always need her no matter what? But that's wrong. Babita is opening up slowly and there will be a time where HS and Babita shall become self sufficient and Mini will just be a kid to them. She doesn't need to feel thaaat important. Not that Babita cannot stay happy without her help. All this will be mind boggling shattering and only her own achievements in terms of friendship and other external factors could help. And ofcourse, time and patience.
In a way, yes? After all, it was Minnie who led Babes out of the Khurana house and helped her in every little thing afterwards. Finding a home, standing up for her against Khatri, helping her find a job, opening the catering service, even pushing her towards HS - Minnie has had a hand in everything.
As you said, Babes is just learning how to open up. She's not there yet. That's why until she's able to do so, Minnie steps in. I hope she doesn't grow a savior complex where she feels like she needs to solve every single problem there is.
The comments were ugly AF. Totally uncomfy, I myself was twisting in my seat hearing those. They were nasty and BAAAAAD.
I don't even think Ashok is problem. Blah, that case is dismissed. The problem is only that what you've mentioned - her place in their life.
Yes the equation needs to step up and gradually move towards their final phase of trust and love - that of a true, real father and daughter in every sense possible.
To think, Dadu had warned Lovely not to bring up Ashok, and Kammo does it seena taan ke. You're right, Ashok isn't the problem. The issue is reassuring Minnie that she doesn't symbolize anything bad for her. Words won't be enough though. Babita will have to show it through her actions and with time this fear will get erased. It won't happen overnight.
Yeh Kammo ne toh aaj ekdum six maar diya by God!
Yeahh, but it was expected in a way. Regardless of how nasty Khatri is, he is still her husband. I still believe that Kammo was hurt by everything that was being said against him, but also how Babita chose to loop her into the same insult.Btw did you notice how cutely he said, ji aapke bhi pehle, for Mini, to Babita? Awwwww. And she smiled back. See, the compatibility is increasing. Neither felt bad about prioritising Mini and they were in complete sync when Babita talked about cancelling the marriage. And that slight assurance after Mini left was <3
Yup. Their love is respectful but also unconditional. Their daughter comes first over everything, even them. Besides, this marriage would have just tied them together legally. Even if they did end up not getting married, it wouldn't stop them from supporting each other and helping one another out. Plus, unlike what society thinks, their main motivation for this wedding isn't based on how they will operate with each other in physical terms. The connection they have is soulful. Bodily cravings are nothing when the soul's needs are satisfied.
