Hey dii, thanks for the enlightenment. I've searched the whole term after hearing about it in yesterday's point and I was happy knowing a new medical term and even I was surprised by the C-section procedure and then the way they slapped the docs reminded me of my brother's friend a junior resident who was brutally thrashed by the patient's family when an old man died in the hospital with him on night duty.

Even i had been threatened :p and my friend had been teased.. My seniors n juniors have been beaten very badly.

That's awful, no doubt my brother didn't want me in medical profession and warned my parents about it too. But it feels so awful everytime I hear about such thing like come on dude docs aren't God and I know you don't know what's going on and dont trust them but please trying to kill docs isn't the solution of your problem.

As they did not hear the fetal heart sound may be they thought that the baby was dead, may be that was why they wanted to perform C section to remove the dead fetus. Just thinking of a possibility. 🤔

Nope dude.. C section for removinh dead fetus is a complete No. Yes, you can do it but after all the measures are failed.

how is a dead fetus removed then. that too in that last stage of pregnancy. Abortion cannot happen right? i personally know of two cases where dead foetus was removed by c section one at 7 months after other abortion attempts failed & one at 9 months, no other attempts were tried direct c section.

I agree with your point. aise hi direct c section without any examination without knowing how the baby position is. i mean the baby can be felt in the abdomen right? its the same as juhi opening up dr shashank & then deciding which route to do the operation😆. in real practice it is all planed beforehand. no one opens up n then decides. there are 3d scans etc taken and the route decided beforehand. inko sirf patient ko khol ke operation karne ki jaldi hoti hai
