Has any member(s) been given authority to judge both the fandoms which sometimes are outright offensive ?!

I mean did we miss anything that a particular member has been given all rights to decide which fandom is wrong, which member is wrong, pass remarks on them and all.

Would like to know this. Or shud I PM MODs or any higher level?
