Does anyone know the Reason of Deepika's Depression?

Has she ever discussed the reasons before? Was it breakup or back to back failures or anything else?

Yes she has discussed the reason of her depression before and even few months ago:

- She said she was in the best phase of her life, stable relationship and hits after hits but doing 3 movies at the same time took a toll of her mental health.

- her mom said she thought it was “boys issues” but it wasn’t.

- Deepika recently said depression is not anyone’s fault. It’s a chemical imbalance. In her case, the trigger was overworking.

So it must be during Race2 to RL, Right??

It was around the time she was shooting for HNY

She was at her career best phase and yet going through so much. And here I generalized Only failures and disappointments leads to depression.

Exactly even dp said that everything was going good for her 4back to back hits in 2013 and she won best actress that year.

I am sorry if I sound mean; I really do empathise with people suffering from depression but she is being ridiculous. In her case it was clearly her choice. It takes little common sense to realise that doing three movies at the same time while juggling a boyfriend etc will take a toll on you. She was greedy and paid the price. She is not the best advocate for depression; she should have stressed the importance of well being, work life balance and happiness instead of marketing such a sensitive subject.

This is akin to saying "she was wearing a short skirt so she was asking for it". Sick comment.

Don't believe her depression saga at all. Don't think she ever had it in the first place.

And she has learnt from her experience.you don't see her overworking now !
