Yeah! Firstly, they have never met her while they know Sona from longer than before Rohit introduced her as his girlfriend. Plus, Rohit told Raima is very hyper. But Sona is calm one. Except for Nishi I find every Sippy to have this thehrav and calmness. Also, they have all warmed up towards her already.

I really want Rohit to miss Sona in presence of Raima. 😛

if the articles are correct , she will be shown as ill , so most of her scenes would be in hospital, Maybe then we'll have few scenes where in Rohit will be shown to have patients and be a doctor
