I honestly don't think their relationship is moving fast. Bajaj is not in love with her yet. He is feeling attracted to her. He is a man after all. Prerna is not like any woman he ever come across. We can say what we want about her but she wholeheartedly accepted kuki as her own. She took on a responsibility that wasn't even hers. That made bajaj grateful. Then she came and vouch for his family and him when anurag took their house. He never had someone do that for him. It was always bajaj who took care of matters concerning family and business. That surprised him. Seeing the way how she is with his daughter warms his heart. Then her constant caring attitude for him. Such as when he got injured she changed his bandage, when she cried he felt it and now when she was helping him. He doesn't know yet why he feels that way. It's just the beginning. If for P and A they can show a dramatic soulmate scene with a duppata flying over both of them in a temple in front of the goddess where the place is on fire and they are lost in each other thoughts.
