It is very difficult for someone with PCOD to lose weight as there is an ample chance of gaining it all back even when they are on medication so kudos to her to have not only losing the weight but maintaining it too. Its definitely not easy.

She has PCOD and that causes random weight gain and in rare cases extreme weight loss.

She said that she had PCOD, a hormonal disorder which apparently makes it very difficult to lose weight.
