Deepika was the star of Ram Leela, SLB didn't had a hit since Devdas, Ranveer was just Well a talented actor trying to make his name.
Deepika was coming off two huge blockbusters alongside series of successful movies.
It wasn't a female.oriented movie, but Deepika was defo the bigger star.
Forget about Ram-Leela.....even Om Shanti Om was female oriented......any movie that has Deepika becomes female oriented by default....and this is a FACT...Don't argue with me on this Luna😎..jo keh diya so keh diya
I love your replies on her threads 😆
Deepika chaahe kitna bhi star power Laga de audience Ko theatre tak laane me..public goes out impressed with Ranveer. Take any movie they did together.
He is a far superior actor.
And if RL can be called female centric..the only centre point in that was Supriya Pathak's character

She acted way better than him in RL sorry. RL is his only SLB’s performance where he was OTT and completely cringe. No, public didn’t go out impressed with him. She came out bigger and he didn’t move from where he was before.
Nope. Piku was closer.
To be honest, I actually found the romance in Ram-Leela to be cringeworthy. It came across more like lust than love.
I would agree Deepika was a bigger star in 2013 but that does NOT make the film "female oriented" what the phuck 🤔

True.. Ranveer's tattad tattad was the saving grace
Another Ranveer related post??? 🤣
How obsessed are you with the over hyped and complete nobody RS? 😆 My god... the dedication Ranveer haters have towards him, it's more than us fans. 😆
Fyi Ram Leela can't be hailed as a DP film simply because both Ram and Leela were the leads not just Leela. Even a school kid can figure this out. 😆 Stardom doesn't dictate whose film it is, it's obviously about the story and who the protagonists are.
Even Padmaavat wasn't a DP film and I don't think I need to explain why.

The narrative treats ram Leela as some epic and tragic love story but the romance is barely developed. It's more about lust than love. We don't...

There are some debuts that don’t just introduce an actor — they mark a year . 2007 will always belong to Deepika Padukone. She didn’t merely...
