Do you think Kunal ever will have a change of heart towards Mishti seeing how good she is if he's not influenced by Kuhu and Meenu

If he really wants to be happy, chooses to... It is possible

It is possible, definitely. But I don't see it in the near future. I wud love to see him share a lovely relationship with his future bhabhi. I assume his character growth will happen gradually.
