I don’t think so. If you are hard working, you can still work at this 100. On some interview of Kareena Kapoor said that she will still work at 100. Rekha and Tabu are still working but the problem is that it’s hard for women to work in the glamorous world when they have kids. Not just in Bollywood, but also on other fields. I see lot of women around me quit working after they have a baby. Ash and Kajol took break for few years. They were lucky to get work even after having kids but not every actresses are lucky like them. In Bollywood, it’s hard to make a successful comeback after taking break for both actors and actresses unless if you are creative and talented like Aamir. If Fardeen Khan try to comeback to Bollywood tomorrow, we all know the result. So I think actresses should follow Kareena if they want to last in the industry for long time. She managed to continue working even after having a kid. I think the situations are changing now. Actresses start to make market. Rani and Vidya gave hit movies on their own without any top actors after getting married. Before it was only glamorous for actresses to stay relevant in the industry but now producers are making movies of women oriented and giving actresses to show their talented. I hope actresses carry on and keep working hard.

Who says an actress can’t reach her peak in her 30’s or beyond? Deepika is 32, is she not at a peak? Her popularity level has only risen in the last few years if anything. Katrina has improved from a non actress and showpiece to an actress who was finally applauded even if the slightest bit in zero. How is that not a peak for her? Yes, actresses get older. It’s normal. They begin to become familiar to the audience after years of work. And the audience feels the want to see fresh talent, not necessarily Young talent. When a bunch of new actresses debut, they are all young and a new round of competition begins.

This has been the cycle for years. In all honesty, no one cares about age that much. People just care to see new talent, and if producers only launch young girls, then this is what the audience will begin to pay attention to.

Hype as in public interest. It’s not speaking for myself - public has lost great interest in Sonam, Anu and even Deepika. It’s very apparent and clear

I didn’t say i prefer Ananya and Janhvi I said the Public does. They rather watch and talk about them than older actresses.

I am not interested in ananya or janvi. I am more interested in Kriti Sanon, she's rocking, looking like kareena kapoor and choosing great roles.
