While growing up sometimes I did miss having a sibling. There are some things you are more comfortable sharing with your siblings. And I think it may have made me a little reserved as well. Childhood toh I was very shy. Luckily for me I have a cousin who I bond well with. He's like an elder brother only.

It also depends on financial strength as well.

But one positive thing is I never had any competition in family. No useless academic comparisons etc. Parents ka undivided attention aur love mila.😝

But haa I will also add one of my friends has 5 siblings. ( Dandwat pranayam to her mother🙏) and there's never a dull moment in her family.🤣

sabse bada disadvantage hai single child ka ...jab ma pa old hote hai ...u single banda aur u have to care for two with your job and other things .....

i am not single child but only son in family and facing this sitituion ...aur aaj kal dpctor gol gol ghumate hai

bachpan to bua ke baache ..mausi ke baacho ke sath mast gujar jata hai aur us pe u have friends also...

I’m an only child because my parents couldn’t afford another.

It sucks.

So agar financial problem nahi hai apne bacche ko akele bore mat hone do..

when it comes to grand kids...maa ko samjhana mushkil nahi namumkin hai😆

parents hone ki apni ek alag khushi hai ..apne bacche ko apne aankho ke samane bada hote dekhna ..subha uthna ready karna ..shaam ko tension main aana aur dekhtey hi tension choomanter .... aapke bday pe jab aaka baby subha uthte hi ek pyari si kissi kare aur bole papa happy bday ..life is beautiful .....

agar tumhari tarah hamare maa paa ne socha hota to hum bhi kahan hote 😆

True. Then you're alone in taking care of them also.

Anyway I have toh decided I will always keep my parents with me. Chahe jis city mein job/ marriage ho. I can't part with my parents.
