I completely agree. I loved how she told off anurag. Erica speaks in that monotonous voice even when she does scenes with anurag to. I think it's just how her voice is. But it doesn't bother me so much. I know if Erica wants to be expressive she can. But anurag irritated me when he said how she is repeating the same story to him. So what is he doing? Isn't he repeating the same thing to her as well? The irony. Prerna looks like she doesn't even care anymore nor does she have love for anurag with the way she speaks. She spoke to anurag like a woman with authority when defending her husband. Anurag look like a kid while she was the adult in the scene.
The problem lies in the fact that CVS want to keep both the ships sailing. They need to show that P still loves A, but she has started getting concerned for RB as well. Here is where Erica stumbles a little because the directors inputs are nil. Neither her concern is coming out properly nor her love when they are supposed to be seen at the same time. And hence both sets of fans have problem with Prerna. When the concern had dominated as in hospital scene, she was too good.
