Coming to Khushi's betrayal, I thought which one of the following can become the cause for betrayal, Payal or Aman or Shyam? They are all very important to Arnav as of now.

She did not think this marriage is going to last long and she has just decided to give this marriage a chance and she is taking precautions to avoid pregnancy. She never said "I love you" to him.
