I really wished they hadn’t decided to do a season 2 what’s the point even? just let the first show (regardless of how badly the story faltered midway) remain untouched. Now with the official announcement, the media portals are coming up with random names for the role of the ML. The only thing I am hoping is that Jen is playing a character with a new name and is grey shaded this time. If she is coming back as Maya then sorry to say the character will lose its charm. People can bash me for this one Idc I said what I said. Iconic things should NEVER be repeated.

Nah I agree with u. I said the same thing before in Twitter but they said season 2 is a good gesture that Reboot rarely happens and only very successful shows are considered for 2nd season because of high standard caused by the original season but it can ruin the iconic one ;-;

Season 2 in ITV is just a means of milking the cash cow. I haven’t come across any season 2 show which was just as good as the first series or even surpassed it in terms of quality.
