Who says shaadi will happen in the 200th episode?

I do!!

The 200th episode is on Monday next. So we still have 3 more episodes to go before that.

This should be enough for all the ceremonies isn't it?

I know that many feel that it will happen later.

Would love to know your views with justifications.

As for Babita changing her mind, I think it's already done and dusted. The balcony talk between her and Minnie was her changing her mind because of log kya kahenge and Minnie convincing her with her pearls of wisdom.

Even though Babita doesn't look too convinced as she continued to weep sitting on her bed till HS came to cheer her up in yesterday's episode, and even though she no longer looks excited at all about the impending marriage, I guess there is no going back now as preparations by the bacha party are in full swing.

As per Minnie Mickey convo, the uptan thingie or haldi (Ladies only) is to be held tonight.

That leaves us tomorrow and day after. Enough according to me for pre-wedding rituals given how the CVs never drag anything.

No, I don’t think the wedding will happen on Monday. Paridhi said they are gonna show all the ceremonies jor shor se so there’s lots more ceremonies left.

There is Hanuman/Poonam flirting scene to happen which will probably happen in today’s episode. Then Babita crying as per the segment and pictures we saw (same outfit) scene that needs to happen which will probably be on Thursdays episode. Then the uptan will be on Friday’s episode most probably.

They still need to cover Mehendi, and Sangeet, so the wedding is only gonna happen after few episodes, probably end of next week.

This is all just a speculation of course 🙂

i agree. i would put the marriage sometime in the week after the next week. because there are spoilers about ashok coming back. ig he really does come back then it will take more time for the marriage.

All the pictures we are getting of the wedding is just for the promo shoot.

Now they are full fledged stressing over “live-in relationships”. I don’t know why they are stressing on it so much now. Mujhe toh lagta hai ki syappa hi syappa honewale hain.

Nahi aisa mat kaho... Shaadi hogi yaar.... This is what a viewer would like to see who has followed the show right from beginning.... They deserve to be together

But I don;t see babita ever agreeing to it. HS I can see doing it.

Anyway I am pretty convinced by your arguments and now feel that I was very wrong in thinking shaadi will happen on Monday next.

Now toh you have put seeds of doubt in me about whether the shaadi will even happen or not!!

What I feel is that shaadi will happen and the entire journey of Babita will happen uske baad. Will HS be able to live with her and accept her as she is with all her baggage and insecurities not to talk of ego?

Will babita evolve as a person and get emancipated truly in the company of HS?

Will they end up finding true fulfilling love in each other after a tumultuous ride and compromising?

Will Minnie be able to adjust to the new equations and dynamics?

What will Minnie's journey be like? Will she be able to finally carve out her own life independent of trying to focus solely on Babita?

There is enough matter as it is without having to go the non-shaadi route.

It's not a good idea. If that ever happens, kue se chalang, pehle mein maarungi. I cant even imagine, a couple who dont even know anything related to love, would actually have a live-in relationship. I am actually against this concept.(Sorry, if I offended anyone). I feel, the idea of marriage is itself broken. Nowadays, if people are not having that idea whether their relationship will work, or if they want to get to know each other, they make an excuse of LIR.

I really hope Hanita ki shaadi ho, without any siyappa. There are very less chances of any problems, but for sure they would get married...

It's kind of impossible to show, the wedding by Monday. The ceremonies may start on Monday. Poonam's entry is still remaining. All that drama is still pending. Maybe the uptan ceremony would be anytime this week, but for sure the next whole week, would have all the ceremonies and rituals. Plus, I really hope they show an engagement ceremony. I still remember in krpkab, one whole week was taken just for the ceremonies, but no engagement. I found it so absurd...

You didn’t offend me, but I disagree with your point. I don’t feel there is anything wrong with a live-in relationship between two consensual adults. If they choose to live together before getting married, they have all the rights to do so. It is the couples life after all, and they should be able to decide how they wanna progress in their relationship, either through live-in or marriage, it should be up to the couple. Society and people’s mindset are changing nowadays slowly but gradually, and I am so glad it is. This will be huge step, esp in breaking stereotype, esp for the desi community.

It’s actually best to know if you are compatible with someone before getting married than to get into a marriage without any idea. With live-in, you get to know your partner inside out, know if you are compatible or not, etc etc. I don’t think the idea of marriage is broken this way or it will loose essence of the marital life.

But of course, to each his own 🙌
