It’s a very very famous children’s book called the very hungry caterpillar (if you see they’ve made a caterpillar out of balloons at the entry arch)

In the book the caterpillar eats fruits, and then layer cake, ice cream, pie, pizza, salami, cheese etc!!

Most of them live in flats. I think barring SRK, Amitabh Bacchae- mostly we see buildings only when people point out star homes.
