Waise toh Photoshop is the best, but I don't know how to use it so I make me on my phone usually. There's many apps for that but I use GIFShop. :)

I tried photoshop, but found it very complicated.. nd I am just a beginner..

Yes, same! Photoshop is very complicated. Have to take some time to understand how to work it. GIFShop is very easy tho.
