See first incident hs attacking her character.. Though his intentions were not similar of Ashok but he did the same thing what Ashok did few. Months back...

Then this jhumka... When she suggested jhumka to lale for lali she remembered Ashok saying to Minni that he brought similar jhumkas for beeji and lovely too... And in presence also she hot same gift from her to be husband...

Did these incidents made her to. Go. Egoistic and test HS love for her... It just came to my mind while I was watching old episodes... Please pour it views too...

Please note I am not comparing HS with Ashok... And I won't support Babita for what she did recently.. But after thes incidents did Babita went to that zone again...

@jean.. Have watched that chammach episode.. Wonderful. It is... I just love their way of communicating... It's either lala Minni chmmach or payal....

We have to keep one thing in mind: the Babita we were introduced to will never be the same Babita we end up with. Otherwise, there's no point to this show. The whole purpose is to make Babita go on a journey where she rises from dependent and fearful of others to becoming an independent woman.

To some extent, she will be testing his love for her. A few months back, she had just gotten her divorce and was taking her first steps into the real world by establishing her career. Yes, HS has been with her through all those times, but there have been moments where he has hurt her immensely. So for her to want that reassurance that he will be there with her no matter what, isn't wrong. Could her methods be better? Yes. Again, this is something that she needs to learn.

As for the gifts, those things could be want Babes had wanted for herself. Even though Ashok's jhumke weren't anything special, the one HS gifted her are. Those were selected and gifted only to her. No one else got a similar pair.

Also to those saying HS is going in it for Minnie's sake, then if we look it from another perspective didn't Babita stayed back for Minnie too? In her own way, she said by helping HS in sorting things between his FIL and him, she had made it equal.

She was stepping out and leaving for good. If she was that self-centred and egoistic she'd have left no matter what... BUT it was for Minnie that she decided to let go of her ego, hurt and self-respect... Hell, she even proposed!

But she couldn't completely let go of her hurt... I don't blame her for that. Also, there were some insecurities. I get it that the way she did it was wrong, very very wrong... but I think it's okay... as I've been saying, she's not that bad.

And as someone said, we tend to overreact at whatever Babita does and ignore Hanuman's mistakes or give him benefit of doubt!

She has insecurities and she have shown it to him... But she will never choose anything over him or Minni that's for sure.. Agar aisa hota to work ghar chodkar kab ka gayi hoti...

There's nothing wrong in having desires. She can have them and she can voice them. But if everyone's agreement isn't involved, then your own desire for the object tends to dim as well.

@bold - I never saw it this way before but yes! She did put her hurt feelings aside and took the step that HS had always wanted her to take. We can easily say she did it for Minnie, but she also did it for HS. If Minnie will lose a father, then HS will lose a daughter. And it's not like she's ignorant to their bond. She understands it to a great extent and will never want to become a hurdle in it.
