In ideal scenario it's possible to just be in love with each other and never to fall in love with anyone else. But practically if you see, suppose you get married to someone, have children with him and he is okayish, isn't it a POSSIBILITY that at some point of your life after many years you could love him?

That was the concept of Kasauti. Bajaj is her life partner in this janam & Anurag is her soulmate in every janam

I want to ask you something, How many people are able to marry the person they love? I know my friend who was deeply in love with a guy but because of caste issue ,her parents got her married somewhere else. She still yearns for that guy whom she loved but she is happily married Because he treats her well. I asked her if she is happy and if she has fallen in love with her husband? She said she is happy but she doesn't love him.

If you have seen KZK1, you would know Prerna loved bajaj but wasn't in love with him.
