ALD you know how much I love that Aye Zindagi song. Especially Wadkar's and Shaan's versions. This has Shaan and Sonu singing it together. Gosh yaar, when they sing in a chorus...just...sigh. Though I hadn't liked the Sonu version that much in the original one, I liked him in this. Didn't like the 'harkatein' that both of them took in the beginning, but the rest of it was just...<3

Though I don't know why are they standing, and not sitting in the chairs before them.

How miss them both in the current music scenario. And it would have been nice to have a Suresh Wadkar and Shaan together version too.

I used to be obsessed with this song, and had a massive crush on Darren Hayes..

I had never heard this song up until now. It is such a nice song.

EDIT - Just wanted to share this, found this in the comment's section, Deja..

I was pregnant for my daughter when this song came out, I used to sing it to my pregnant belly, and after she was born I sang it as a lullaby to her while I rocked her to sleep at night. She's 19 years old today, and this song still holds true. I loved her before I met her, she's the baby girl I always dreamed of having, and she became my best friend. This song will always be beautiful and so very special!

Deja, since afternoon today, Mann Ka Radio has been stuck in my head.. :p ..So thought I'd check it and found the video, couldn't stop laughing at the beginning part where Himesh is singing among girls, I find it unintentionally funny, IDK whyyyy!!!!!.. I love it I love it so much :p

Hahaha. It is unintentionally funny. Especially when he is giving all those serious looks, you just can't help but laugh. But I do find the song catchy to some extent and don't mind listening to it. Would probably have preferred some other singer's voice since I don't resonate that much with Himesh's voice.

Yaa the song is asking you tune into the frequency of your inner voice, and listen to what it says. You remember how once we had 'decoded' why the Mahabharat title track was playing in your head from the time you woke up? Same, this is also trying to tell you something.

I don't remember listening to Savage Garden that often. I guess I need to check them out. I'm listening to this one also for the first time. I must give this song another try, I listened to it earlier but couldn't resonate. I guess that's because I had a head ache then. Will give it another try.
