Shraddha has achieved box office success and has chosen right films for her. She doesnt need to be the most talented to be successful. BW cares about hit ratio. Parineeti/Sonakshi/Sonam have shown a lower success rate and thats why audiences dont consider them as successful and will also use that against them sadly. Its up to directors to give them the right opportunities IMO. An Alia or shraddha may bring in an audience the first day, but a films sustains only b/c of content. The audience will support any actress who is successful regardless now days.

Alia is talented, but people have a problem with her being undeserving of her position at times given the opportunities she gets. Even after all these yrs, she is still trolled over nepotism a lot.
