See this time trp audience is with Anurag bcoz he has been on Prerna's side always and the way he has been wronged by both Bajaj and Prerna... no-one would take this. Also hiding about the pregnancy is going terribly against Prerna here. People are ok with motherly instincts and all but where is that instinct for her own child? That's probably which is making Prerna as a hated character while Anurag is being supported.
